DevOps Engineer
A DevOps Engineer is urgently required for an ASAP start with a major client in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The DevOps Engineer will have the following skills and experience -
- Strong experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of automation and deployment processes
- Skills in Ansible, Puppet or Chef are an advantage
- Strong knowledge in tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo etc.
- Knowledge of No-SQL databases is of advantage, particular MongoDB
- Knowledge of UNIX environments, bash Scripting etc.
- General knowledge in Java, NodeJS or other languages is helpful
- Experience working in an Agile environment
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for -
- Close interaction with development engineers and product owners
- Collaboration with our infrastructure provider
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Maintaining environments
- Working on IT automation and continuous delivery
- Participating actively in scrum process from an operability perspective
