Marketing campaign consultant Unica/Infor (Telco, Telecoms)
A Brussels based telecoms company have an immediate opening for a Marketing campaign consultant. You must have in depth Marketing Campaign management and Business intelligence experience in a telecoms specific industry background on large scale campaigns.

INFOR Campaign
IBM Unica Campaign
IBM Unica Optimize
SAS: Enterprise Guide, Base
SQL (Oracle, Netezza): SQL Navigator, Aginity
Soft skills:
You must be able to interact with Market campaign manager to fine-tune targeting and optimization criteria
Interact with IT business analyst (BI) to understand data-sources, -flows
Be able to report, present outcome of Optimize results to audience of marketeers
Run workshops to capture as-is campaign expert working methods
validate, decide key requirements, change management plan, relate with different hierarchical levels from expert to senior management (director-level)
Hard skills:
produce campaign target lists with IBM (Unica) Campaign, query databases with mentioned tools (SAS, SQL), configure IBM (Unica) Optimize
Have an understanding ability to crunch data, produce a documented change management plans and business requirements documents.
Languages: French and English (Mandatory)

Expert in UNICA and/or INFOR and ability to quickly learn new campaigning tools
Database query language: SQL, SAS, Access, Business Object
Direct marketing skills
Education, specific training and experience:
Master
Minimum 4 years of previous relevant professional experience
Deep expertise & experience in IT & databases; mastership of related tools, eg UNICA, SAS, Business Objects
Excellent data manipulation & analytical skills
