Description

The project goal is to be responsible for reporting of OTC derivatives for different jurisdictions within the Bank, (EMIR, DFA, Mifid II/Mifir, MAS and HKMA).

Realization of the business requirement specifications into implementation activities. The candidate need to have gOOD analytic skills and good knowledge how to design good enough functionality depending on business and legal requirements.

The candidate needs to have experience from trading of OTC and ETD derivatives and worked as an architect before. Networking qualities and that you are good team player and good at building relationships with other stakeholders. High level of integrity and ability to take personal responsibility

They are working in a big team of 40 people so it's preferable that the candidate has worked in bigger teams before. It's a lot of documentation needed from the whole team due to the whole team can know what's happening. The Bank is also working with many different systems (around 50 different), so the candidate need to have been working with many systems parallel. The OTC and Mifid are working close to each other, and they work agile.

The Bank works in cycles of 4-6 big tops during the year which mean long hours and overtime for around 2 week/time, they want to be honest about that from the beginning so the candidate know what's expected.

The candidate need to have worked with regulations, trading and within a bank before.

This is a long assignment and it'll be extended for the right person, due to the complexity of the assignment we think that it'll be a learning period of 6 months.

The candidate need to be stationed in Stockholm and speak Swedish.

Good qualification in English both oral and written is important.
