Full-time WordPress Developer

Hey there. We’re thrilled you’re interested in reading about this opportunity to join a small team of WordPress experts and artists. 3.7 Designs has been in operation for 11 years–10 of which have been spent designing and building WordPress websites. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, skilled WordPress Developer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate is efficient, has an eye for detail, and a minimum of 3 years of front-end and WordPress development experience.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Taking PSD files and converting them into responsive WordPress websites

Building custom, full-featured WordPress themes from scratch

Building out custom post types, taxonomies and meta fields

Writing custom queries

Configuring WordPress plugins

Communicating with clients

Working with front end JS

Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and HTML/CSS

Familiar with cPanel/WHM administration

Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Not grumpy

Appreciates good food, good caffine and good alcohol

Other important details:

Graphic design skills are not required; however, a keen eye for design is a big plus. If you’re familiar with any JavaScript libraries that would be awesome too. Also, you don’t have to like cats (or have one/any. If you do, that’s great.).

Opportunities to work from home, work in person at our office a couple of times per week.
