Description
I am urgently seeking an experienced Mainframe Automation Systems Engineer for a 6 month contract in Dublin, Ireland. This is a critical role for a large scale, multinational insurance company and requires a senior Mainframe Automation expert to assist on a number of business critical projects.
Primary Skills:
- 5-10 years experience working with Mainframe automation software/tools
Key Skills Required:
- 5-7 years experience working in Mainframe operations
- 4-10 years experience working with systems programming especially in automation; several programming languages and monitoring and alerting tools.
- Proficient in REXX, JCL, SQL or other programming languages
- In-depth experience working with two or more of the following Mainframe automation tools:
- Tivoli SA for z/OS
- Netview
- OPSMVS
- AF/Operator
- Control-O
- Experience working with monitoring/alerting software
- Automation Point
- System Automation for Integrated Operations (AF/Remote)
- BMC MainView Console Management (IOConcepts)
This is a 6 month daily rate contract based in Dublin.
