Proteus Europe is searching for two C++, Embedded Linux engineers to work with one of our imaging clients on a medical device on a contract project.
Our Client:-
Our client provides a range of medical healthcare solutions across the hospital enterprise spectrum, boosting clinical performance in every department via a connected network of display systems.
Your New role:-
This role will be working in a team re-writing an existing application that historically had been written in Python. The project will be a complete re-write using C++ and Embedded Linux. It would make sense if you had some understanding of Python although I understand this is not essential.
The end application is a medical device, so any experience in this field would be advantageous. There is a video stream aspect to this system and there will also be a network stack which is incorporated into the service that it delivers. All documentation and team meetings will be in English, so good communication skills will be required along with a pleasant friendly approach to team working.
