Service Desk Support - Belgium

Languages: ENGLISH with DUTCH or FRENCH

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in the following technologies:
    • Win 7 - Wiin 8
    • Iphone
    • VPN
    • ITIL

Description of work:

  • Provide telephonic and on site support
  • Provide first line Service Desk support
  • Insert incident in SMT
  • Find the root cause of the problem and make an accurate analysis
  • Provide a solution or workaround in order to fix the problem
  • When remote assistance is not possible, go on site and perform installation, configuration and IMAC/roll out of hardware and software
  • Close the life cycle of the problem
  • Inform the user about the status of the incident
