SAP PTP (MM FI AP) Consultant - Budapest, Hungary - Initially 6 months
Global PTP Senior Analyst
Handles problems and service requests reported by users of the overall Accounts Payables process. This includes break/fix remediation, business consulting and answering user "how to" questions.
Respond to breakdowns of time critical batch jobs.
Uses OSS as a source of correction for reported Procurement Accounts Payables problems.
Responsible for learning and maintaining system configuration settings which are the basis for the AP design.
Responsible for learning and maintaining those customizations which are the basis for the AP design.
Implement configuration updates or changes via change management process in response to problem resolution, enhancements or projects.
Performs initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements.
Develops user and support documentation for enhancements made to the system design.
Maintains batch job variants used in the supported systems Procurement AP process.
Ensure completion of transport and address any follow-up issues identified in the Process effectively
Technical Skills: (includes systems knowledge needed and process knowledge)
An understanding of PTP processes in general
Knowledge of Procurement Accounts Payables Business Process
Understanding of interaction with support systems
SAP knowledge in any area in which SAS operates
Understands Processes (eg Change Management, ARB/CRB Review, etc)
