Introduction: For our client in the eastern part of Switzerland we are in search of a Sharepoint User Support Consulting and Training (80-100%)
Tasks:
- Support end users with issues regarding permissions, document libraries, interaction with Office files, etc
- Providing consulting sessions to users needing advice on designing SharePoint team sites with several lists and libraries. No SharePoint development or scripting should be involved on these solutions
- Improve and further develop training documentation as well as providing training to end users
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge as SharePoint 2013 power user (not farm admin)
o Solid knowledge of SharePoint permissions concepts and functionality
o Fully aware of best practices for working with libraries, lists, site columns, managed metadata, content types, etc.
- Familiar with best practices while working with SharePoint Online
- Basic HTML knowledge
Languages: Ability to communicate well in English & German (spoken and written)
