Description
We have a 12 month contract for a Software Team Leader to provide lead experience on Safety Critical Avionic applications.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Software Engineers (5 - 10 Engineers).
Your responsibilities will include -:
- Creation of Reports for Management.
- Liaison with Project Managers to advise of Progress and Issues.
- Manage, Mentor and allocate work to Software Engineers
It is essential that you have a strong development background in Avionics with knowledge of DO-178b (even better if you have DO-178c) together with 'C' and some ADA programming experience. You must be eligible and willing to undertake the Security paperwork processes required.
