Description
I have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled Informatica developer to work on a number of large projects for my engineering client. You will have strong Powercentre experience and able to liaise with stakeholders on various levels.
Key Accountabilities:
Take work packages from the Informatica Tech Lead and implement these in accordance with the plan.
Implement these tasks in Informatica Powercentre under the guidance of the Tech lead
Create appropriate documentation for the release gate process
Design all program specifications
Design & perform Unit level testing and support the end to end process testing where appropriate
Report progress to the Tech Lead and Project Manager
Coordinate with application team and develop all ETL processes
Administer all requests and analyse issues and provide efficient resolution
Monitor all production issues and inquiries and provide efficient resolution
Document all technical specifications and associate project deliverables
Key skills:
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Informatica Powercentre
- Extensive, reference-able, experience in a similar role
- Appropriate degree level qualification
- Ability to liaise with project managers in the business and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques & asset management is desirable
