Social Media Marketing Manager - Implementation - Digital

PTS' client a UK banking organisation are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join them to implement the social media strategy for the bank, working alongside multiple internal stakeholders.

The role requires:

. Implementation of all aspects of the Social media strategy, working with internal stakeholders & external agency partners
. To own & get approval for the weekly content plans supporting the social media strategy
. Influence & align with our co-creation and digital community plans
. Ensure that for all social media marketing activity, there is detailed consideration of the distribution strategy to drive commercial value from the activity
. Ensure that all insights & trends from Social media are communicated widely across the business & acted on, with feedback to customers where appropriate
. Be a subject matter expert in the business, helping wider stakeholders understand the role of social media & best in class benchmarks that we set for ourselves
. Be a respected member of the Digital marketing team and influence broader digital marketing considerations and the wider social media considerations across the business
. To set targets for social media engagement, ensure all social media marketing activity is measured and KPIs are met
. Ensure all social media marketing is compliant, clear fair & not misleading
. Ensure that all social media activity is aligned with PR teams
. Ensure that social media activity is aligned with digital community activity & the social response team are clear of all activity & inbound implications from it
