EMEA CRM Development Manager - 12 Month ContractRole Summary
The primary objective of this position will be to manage the development of core Microsoft Dynamics Online 2015 functionality and some customisation for sales and marketing department across EMEA as part of a country rollout. This role will be based in London.
Responsibilities
* Managing offshore scrum team
* Working closely with Product Owner/Project managers/Business analysts on requirements/backlog
* Manages client/external relationships.
o Ensuring sprint deadlines are achieved and service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded.
KNOWLEDGE:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On Premise and CRM Online 2015 Update 1. Recent MS Dynamics CRM online technical experience is preferred

o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016
o SharePoint Server-to-Server Integration
SKILLS:
* Excellent communication / people skills to engage with business users, product manager and remote scrum team.
* Run a development team across multiple geographic locations.
* Strong problem solving skills in Cloud Environments.
* Ability to handle complex queries.
* Can still roll up sleeves and get hands dirty in development but mainly have in depth appreciation of technical aspects in order to assist/provide direction/coaching to development team.
EXPERIENCE:
* Worked consistently as a CRM Development Manager/Lead Dev for the past 4-5 years.
* 2 + years' experience as senior developer/ development lead in .NET or MSD CRM.
