Description

Harvey Nash's Edinburgh City Centre client requires an Online Learning Engagement Specialist to join their team on an initial 12 month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a city centre based client going through a digital transformation. They have launched a new learning application and require an expert to engage and advise staff.

You will be involved in:

. Promoting online learning and supporting organisational change
. Identifying key stakeholders from support groups and professional services staff and meeting with these groups
. Working with HR and management to identify staff development needs
. Strive to develop the digital skills and capabilities, working alongside the digital transformation programme
. Encouraging career development by mapping online courses
. Running analytics on programme uptake
. Management reporting to represent uptake data
. Manage all engagement activities and events
. Support marketing and communication activities to promote the online service
. Provide one-to-one and group support on usage

Essential Skills:

You will be experienced across the above responsibilities, as well as the following:

. Must have experience in a Learning and Development background
. Excellent engagement skills, able to engage management and staff in learning activities or programmes
. Excellent understanding of workplace learning factors
. Knowledge of digital skills development and initiatives
. Skilled in marketing and promotional events would also be beneficial
