For our clients IT Integration and managed service PQD

Job Description Responsible for company IT service category procurement strategy development: Develop global category procurement strategies, including the procurement strategy, methodology, cost management strategy, supplier development strategy, and quality management strategy. IT Industry analysis: Track the global IT market and industry dynamics in Real Time for the category. Analyze global IT business industry, establish Huawei's global category database (including benchmark), and develop the database management regulations, and implement and monitoring database application.

Cost management:
Study the category cost management methodology of the industry and the TCO model, determine reasonable price baselines, and help regions set cost targets for the category and develop category cost reduction solutions.

Delivery cooperation strategy:
Participate in developing the global delivery cooperation strategy for the category and monitor the implementation of the strategy.

Supplier development planning:
a. analyze global supplier resource situation for IT Service category and develop the global IT resource development plan.
b. Identify and explore potential suppliers and develop competence development plans for suppliers.
c. Decide global resource distribution and make regional resource introduction plans.

Professional Related Working Experience
Thorough understanding of procurement process. Strong understanding of IT integration and managed service industry. At least 12 years' experience in IT service procurement field, and have a strong business background such as IT solution sales, IT solution development, IT project management, etc. It is preferred if working in IT procurement department of IBM, HP, Accenture, Ericsson, AMDOCS and other industry-leading firms in the past three years. Strong ability of coordination/communication/business negotiation/project management, with keen insight and understanding, visionary, analytical. Base location in Shenzhen, China, be able to travel around the world according to the work arrangement.

Qualification Requirements Education:
At least 4 year university degree. MBA experiences will be in priority

Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, modelling techniques and methods

Exhibiting initiative in achieving company goals and objectives
Good working attitude and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
