UX Designer
One of our leading clients is looking for an experienced UX Designer for an immediate start. The contract is initially for 3-6 months with a possibility for a further 6 month extension fir the right UX Designer.
The UX Designer should have the following:
- BA degree in design related subject, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years practical digital design experience
- Experience working on high traffic B2C or B2B websites
- Experience of responsive web design and a mobile-first approach
- Experience working on CMS driven websites
- An understanding of developing for digital and the constraints applicable to digital design
- Must have a portfolio of work or be able to demonstrate measurable input to previous digital projects
- Experience working with multi-faceted project teams
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience working on multi-lingual experiences
- Expert with standard digital design tools; Adobe Creative Suite, InVision
- Working experience with more expansive set of design tools; After Effects, etc
- Experience designing icons, image illustrations and their association design tools
- Basic understanding of web development with a specific focus on technical constraints that influence design
- Experience in optimising output for web performance
