Channel Business Development Manager (OEM) - Reading - Initial contract through to June 2017 - £50,000-£60,000 per annum
Reporting to the OEM Sales Lead, the Channel Business Development Manager (BDM) executes key initiatives across the distribution and reseller partner community to drive software revenue growth, device assortment and partner migration to new digital distribution models. The Channel BDM also delivers impactful marketing programs and provides operational support for the OEM Sales Lead.

Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in similar positions (particularly with experience in the IT Channel)
Excellent grasp of business fundamentals, channel development and sales approaches while being accustomed to the competitive pressure of the IT Channel environment
Proven adeptness to collaborate and work effectively with internal and external teams
Competence in strategy development, planning and customer relationships and with a successful track record of sales revenue delivery
Has deep partner connection and insight to develop trusting relationships with critical partners and achieves partner satisfaction through high performance.
Strong industry knowledge, including hardware standards (processors, displays, storage and networking), devices (PCs, desktops, tablets, phones, IoT etc), operating systems, PC software, SaaS
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
