SAP ISU Architect urgently required for 2 - 3 month contract in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for someone who can start immediately to triage, prioritise and conduct impact analysis on ISU functionality to key batch and conversion processes in Energy Data, Billing and Collections.
Skills
Senior ISU Lead with experience on multiple implementations cut over, and ability to recommend functionality risk and performance risks for functional architecture.
Main Deliverables
1. First deployment Technical Integration Check - Extended with Team Lead CoE.
2. Quick Wins for ISU CRM for Go Live 21st July 2016.
3. Onsite Go Live Experts
3. Business Process Performance Optimization with Team Lead from CoE.
4. QA until end of October 2016.
5. Consulting expert until end of October 2016.
Primary Job Tasks
- Define & Review functional requirements for SAP ISU CRM specifically the gaps that will be filled through customizations.
- Confirm the completeness and consistency of the design deliverables & resolve any inconsistencies discovered.
- Provide functional guidance to the RICEFW technical designer for the RICEFW work units
- Participate in testing of the RICEFW component, after programming completion.
- Ensure the component meets the stated technical design requirements.
- Provide sign-off that technical design requirements are met.
- Inform the RICEFW team lead of any issues that may affect other areas of the project.
- Perform Unit/Integration testing and assist in UAT.
- Assist in Key user trainings
- Perform transition to the support team
- Manage & resolve Issues raised by business users
Performance expectation:
- Knowledge of SAP ISU CRM, specifically custom development concepts and functionality
- Strong functional skills
- Facilitation experience for conducting design and review sessions
- Understanding the limitations of the SAP system with respect to security, performance, customization, etc.
- Knowledge of the functionality provided by packaged software
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to the packaged software to coordinate and assist with the detailed technical design tasks
- Configuration skills within the packaged application
