My client a global leader is in urgent need of a talented and experienced software developer to join their group on a contract basis.
The responsibilities of the role of the developer evolves with the adoption of micro-services and entrusts him or her with challenging responsibilities that result development of a micro-services framework/architecture. This will include developing, delivering and testing software in an agile based team environment.
My client is looing for a Agile/Lean Practitioner software developer, candidates will have Java 8, J2EE, Web Services, WS Security, Micro-services Patterns, Candidates will also have experience with REST APIs, Spring Boot, API Management and Tools/Databases including: Kafka, Cassandra, Consul, Swagger, Spark/Spark Streaming. Candidates will be experienced in using API contracts for services for public usage, and will be experienced in implementing monitoring various stages of deployment life cycle, you will have worked in a centralised architecture team VS decentralized architecture team.
It would be seen as advantageous if you had experience with Micro-services Architecture using Go/Erlang/Scala etc, Messaging Queue (RabbitMQ, WebSphere MQSeries), Non open Source Technologies (IBM, Oracle Enterprise tools and frameworks) and or Virtualisation, Linux Containers, AWS/GCP etc.
