Description
An experienced Finance Systems Project Manager/Systems Accountant is required by a growing firm in the North West to lead an implementation of a new finance/accounting system.
This person will be required to plan the project and update the board as well as lead the implementation from a hands-on perspective. Responsibilities will include preparing data for migration to the new system, holding workshops with users to determine requirements, user acceptance testing, and managing the timescales of the project.
The ideal candidate will come from a finance background and has a strong understanding of General Ledgers and Project Accounting. They need to have been involved in full end-to-end project life cycles and have good SQL skills. Ideally they will have lead an implementation of a mid-tier finance system (eg Sage 200, Sage X3, Coda, OpenAccounts, Access Dimensions SAP Business One etc).
