Tangent International are urgently looking for a French Speaking Implementation Manager to work long term extendable contract based in Guinea.Implementation Manager Requirement:
- Assisting PD/PM manage whole project Planning/Monitor Progress/Acceptance Progress/Quality Control/Materials management to reach monthly target ;
- Able to represent the client to negotiation with clients and Prepare professional report;
Able to track all the block points with subcontractor closely and resolve the issue on time ;
- Over 15 years OSP implementation experience, especially on telecom civil work, over 15 years OSP project management experience with familiarity of TK site civil work is preferred;
Multinational management experience;
Familiar with project implementation process, with familiarity of transmission device is preferred;
- Major on Telecommunication or civil engineering;
- Native/Fluent French speaker;
- Able to speak English and good multi-culture communication skills
- Able to work in Africa at least one year;
Work location: Conakry and up-country, Guinea.
