Description

SAP Test Manager with strong Insurance industry knowledge required for 5 - 6 month contract in Singapore. Contract is to start 1st August.

Testing key skills [for multi geography Insurance Programmes]

  • End to end Test management for Insurance Domain Project
  • Test strategy and planning for large insurance programmes
  • Experience of managing SIT, UAT, NFT and Performance/Penetration phases
  • Experience of SDLC and STLC
  • Hands on Experience in managing testing in an agile and waterfall environment
  • Knowledge/experience of the major tools commonly encountered during testing
  • Experience on creating and implementing automation testing strategies
  • Experience in Test case design for Policy Management, Reinsurance, Claims, Incentives, CRM, Quotation and GL Ledger
  • Experience in test management suits SOLMAN, HP QUALITY Center or JIRA
  • Experience in Program level reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Experience Defect Trend analysis, Root Cause analysis and Closure Reporting
  • Experience in manual testing extensively - primarily Smoke, Integration, Functional, Regression, GUI,
  • Installation/Licensing, Database, Black Box, White Box and Backend Testing
  • Experience in testing SAP FIORI apps, Hybris Web Portals and Web Penetration tests
  • Integration testing and cross module test Scripting
  • Reconciliation testing, audit and regulatory testing
  • Experience in BI/BW report testing and scheduling
  • Experience in Batch Job Testing

Manager responsibilities include:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a test management roles
  • Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships with the client stakeholder, test management teams

  • Take personal responsibility for exceptional standards of delivery and management of risk
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and manage cross functional projects
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience
  • Work with Cross stream leads to ensure focus on defect fixing, defect triage and defect closure
