Your tasks:
- Develop and design new solutions for future mobile communication antenna systems
- Work on the complete design process from concept finding to engineering prototypes in close cooperation with antenna engineering, mechanical engineering and material & process experts
- Find new solutions and adapt interesting solutions from other industries
Your qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree engineering (RF engineering), PhD is a plus
- Profound working experience in antenna RF system engineering positions
- Deep understanding on cellular antenna systems
- Excellent understanding of complex system architecture, components and requirements
- Curious and willing to challenge existing solutions with innovative technology concepts
- Excellent methodical problem solving skills
- Fully proficient in Matlab and electromagnetic 3D simulation tools (HFSS preferred)
- Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python is a plus
- Familiar with GSM/WCDMA/LTE 3GPP standards
- Familiar with RF measurement systems
- Able to work under pressure in a time constrained and deadline driven environment
- Fluent in English with great intercultural social and communication skills, ability to work in international teams
- Objective and self critical
- Prepared for occasional travel in Europe and globally
