Service Integration Architect
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Service Integration Architect.
Requirements:
- Assist the in-house team of subject matter experts in traditional ITSM processes, tools and organisation structures etc to architect functions to optimse operations in a multi-supplier eco-system to an appropriate level of maturity for the BSA.
- This role will act as the SIAM subject matter expert to the team.

- Activities will also include providing advice, guidance and direction to existing workstream SME leads in the testing and applications streams and potentially more widely across the programme.
- Mitigate the risks and conform to the relevant security policies;
- Balance information risk against cost of countermeasures;
- Ensure security is implemented in a consistent way across the programme, and drive the overall design;
- Working with agile developers and testers to review code, run and manage security tests and provide security assurance the resultant code is safe from a security perspective;
- Working to articulate current risks against the system, the proposed mitigation and support the on-going accreditation process;
- Creating, running and managing the security processes and procedures, both technical and not, to maintain the security of the system, personnel, and appropriate environments;
- Security architecture for the design of secure digital services;
- Security principles for the programme;
- Agile development and programme staff security education;
- Experience in delivering security within Internet facing, transactional digital services is essential;
Essential Experience:
- Must have around 10 years' ITIL/ITSM process experience, worked as a subject matter expert/consultant level in a SIAM multi-sourcing environment, with practical experience of implementing this functionality.
Experience Required:
- Experience of defining, implementing and running a multi-sourced SIAM ICT delivery model in a user facing environment.
- Preferably this will be multiple implementations including an in-house delivered SIAM.
