URGENT CONTRACT: Full Stack Developer Bristol 3 month initial contractA leading marketing company are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join them on an initial 3 month contract based in Bristol.
The successful Full Stack Developer will alongside other Software Engineers to design and develop enterprise web-based software applications. You will be required to undertake Full stack application development using standard frameworks and coding standards/patterns.
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience in developing software with ASP.NET and MVC, including front end and back end (C#, SQL) programming of web applications
- Experience of HTML, CSS and Javascript development, including JS frameworks and REST API.
- PHP development experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Integration with Web Services or APIs using a variety of styles, such as SOAP, REST and RPC
- Experience using JIRA or similar project management / bug tracking tools.
- Degree level qualification in a technical discipline, or equivalent industry level experience
- Strong communication skills are essential
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience with Symfony2, experience with Doctrine would be advantageous
- Agile experience is highly desirable
