Onsite- Senior Service Engineer Applications
Skills & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor degree;
Good communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and oral;
A broad demonstrable knowledge of ICT infrastructure;
In-depth knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2008/R2 and 2012);
Knowledge of and experience with deployment methods (SMS and SCCM), Microsoft Deployment Toolkit;
Knowledge of and experience with MSI, VB Scripts and Microsoft PowerShell;
Experience with Application virtualization technologies (MS App-V, Citrix Application Streaming and VMware Thinapp);
Knowledge of and experience with KA applications and other COTS applications (including Office 365.);
Knowledge of IT Service CMM (ITIL V3-based).
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Roaming Profiles, OU structures,
Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 - Configuring, Operating System Deployment, Security/update patching experience to windows 2008 and windows 7/8/10)
Good knowledge SCCM 2012 suite (SCCM Administrator Console, Remote tools, Software Distribution, Inventory, Software Metering, SCCM server components
Additional knowledge required:
o PowerShell, WMI
o Packages (MSI, WRAP, Appv)
o Networking (eg VPN, Microsoft.. direct Access, Juniper), security and PKI
o Microsoft certification is a plus, ie.
Soft skills: analytical, team player, troubleshooter, time management, self-discipline and able to work under time pressure.
