Description
We are searching for a SCADA SCS Engineer to work within some of the most exciting offshore wind power projects in the world. At Sirius Business Group we supply highly skilled competencies, to secure good performance of our customers projects. This means that you will work directly with our customer, one of the frontrunners within renewable energy.
As a SCADA SCS Engineer you will be responsible for the SCS design, implementation and verification as well as:
- Ensure that the project is on time and that deliveries and quality are within the scope
- Participate in project team meetings and cross discipline cooperation
- Ensure that the technical departments' best practices are implemented
- Responsible for QC of the deliverables
- Be transparent towards the SCADA manager regarding state of the SCS SCADA delivery
- Participate in and approve Pre-FAT, FAT and SAT of system delivery.
- Contribute to evaluation of tenders and support in clarification meetings with system suppliers
- Provide all information and coordination required to install the systems (eg technical clarifications, cable Schedule, substation layout and handling instructions)
- Ensure that suppliers fulfil all technical requirements in the contract.
- Create and maintain QA plan for SCS engineer, and coordinate with SCS Contractors QA plan.
Qualifications:
- Five years of specialist experience required, and technical knowledge at B.Sc level
- Extensive experience with managing signal, cable and alarm lists.
- Expert within standard industrial substation communication protocols such as IEC and IEC 61850
- Good communication and team-player skills
- Good business-knowledge
Location: Copenhagen area or Southern Jutland
Start date: 1st September 2016
Duration: 2 years + possible extension
Work load: Full time with 5 working days per week.
