My client a trading company based in Bedfont Lakes, Feltham requires a ServiceNow Developer. This assignment will present a unique opportunity for the right candidate, giving access to a branded global enterprise during a pivotal moment in its IT history.
Skills/Experience
All candidates should possess:-
- strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- expert knowledge of the ServiceNow product set and the ability to understand how best to apply its components to meet business requirements
- ability to translate business requirements into designs that can be related back to business stakeholders
- ability to develop prototypes to validate that solutions will meet business requirements
- ability to develop production versions of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- good knowledge of the latest ServiceNow functionality
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of:-
- Javascript (both Glide and browser-based)
- AngularJS development
- integrating enterprise systems using Import Sets, Inbound, Outbound Web Services and Orchestration
- Previous implementation experience with the following ServiceNow applications: Service Portfolio Management, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Content Management System, Reporting and Performance Analytics
All candidates will be expected to:-
- Collaborate with my clients stakeholders and technical leads to clarify and prioritise business requirements
- Transform functional requirements and high-level design elements into solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Identify opportunities to address business challenges in new and creative ways that transform the user experience
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
- Develop and document best practice approaches and reusable assets
- Participate in design, code, test reviews cycles
- Work well in a small multi-discipline agile delivery team
- Have a focus on delivery and a passion for delivering high quality results
- Provide all the personal equipment they will need to fulfil the role and to access my client's network and collaborate with people effectively (eg laptop, phone, headset, productivity software, etc.)
All candidates should:-
- be experienced technical resources that possess advanced administration capabilities and be able to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services
- have demonstrable experience of working across many applications, delivering new functionality and innovative solutions, and of supporting the entire development life cycle
- have a software development background enhanced by significant demonstrable experience of ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow and Application Creation in ServiceNow
