Mac Analyst- London- 3 MonthsExciting opportunity for a Mac Analyst at an award winning international branding company to join a well established team.
The chosen Mac Analyst will support the creative software estate to guarantee efficiency. Day to day responsibilities would include 1st and 2nd line support to Mac hardware and software, resolving any Mac related service desk issues. The successful Mac Analyst would report in to the Lead Analyst.
The successful Mac Analyst MUST have knowledge, understanding and practical application of:
*Mac & iOS hardware and software
*Familiar with design applications (Adobe)
*Call ticketing systems
*Service Desk Experience
