Description
Cloud Engineer - DevOps wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Degree in IT or equivalent education along with 4+ years of working experience on public cloud such as Amazon WebServices, Rackspace or Google compute
- More than one year of experience working on Opensack plus solid Cloud Foundry or Openshift experience
- Excellent understanding of software defined networking along with very strong background in network, security, storage and DNS
- Expertise in Linux as well as at least 4 years of experience using Puppet, Chef, Salt or Anible
- Excellent understanding of Mysql, MongoDB and RabbitMQ as well as Docker & LXC and applicable use cases
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Designing and prototyping continuously alongside the AppDev teams
- Supporting the team in building innovation, automation and promotes creativity for engineers
- Working with CI / CD tolling such as Jenkins as well as working in Scrum or Kanban teams
- Coding in Python, Ruby and / or other programming languages
- Supporting the team in understanding the source control systems such as Gift, Mercurial or SVN
