We are searching for a Universal Associate/Customer Service Representative IV with a minimum of 2 years recent experience in retail branch banking working on the platform and in the teller window. The candidate will be proficient in running a teller window, opening depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA s) taking Conventional First mortgage and HELOC/HELOAN applications and resolving customer issues on the platform. Conventional First Mortgage application experience is required. The successful candidate will work in all areas of the branch and will work within a regional area consisting of 3 different branch locations. The home office for this position is our Rocky River Branch. The candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, work well in a fast paced environment and thrive in a team based setting.
Requirements:
- 6 months of Teller experience.
- 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings, Equity loan applications and resolving customer issues.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, as well as positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills are required.
- Successful candidates will work in all areas of the branch.
- Conventional First Mortgage experience (Purchase, Refinance and Construction) is required.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability and willingness to work within a regional area of 3 branch locations rotating when and where needed.

- Willingness to periodically work other branch locations
NOTE:
The position requires recent Retail Branch Platform, Teller, Conventional First Mortgage and Equity Loan/Equity Line applications experience.
