Description

Stock Controller /Stock control / Stock / Distribution / Contract / Birmingham
A Stock Controller is immediately required to work for a Computer hardware and Software electronics company based in Birmingham. The successful Stock Controller will have worked on the dispatch of parts from stock to designated locations within agreed timeframes. The role of Stock controller will involve the packaging of hardware and software for onward dispatch to clients. The successful stock controller will have previous experience in the logistics around parts and stock for previous companies.
Requirements for the successful stock controller;
Parts
• Receipt of parts requests from Project Teams.
• Dispatch of parts from stock to designated locations within agreed timeframes.
• Packaging of hardware & software and onward dispatch.
• Tracking (via online resource) of dispatched goods and product.
• Processing of inbound goods and re-allocation to stock.
Stock
• Project Stock inventories at agreed intervals.
• Internal replenishment of project kit.
• Returns inventory reporting.
• Management of workspace stationary requirements.
• Management of work area tools and equipment.
Requirements for the role;
- Full UK driving license
- Advanced level MS Excel Skills
- Familiar with production facility and warehouse operations
- PES Level 4
This is an immediate requirement and the necessary candidate must be local to the Birmingham area
