Support Escalation Agent: German speaking

Microsoft's Escalation team are looking for several individuals that can help deliver and lead a truly exceptional support experience, advocating for customer and driving positive change back into our products.
Experience:

  • Passion for helping people and a passion for Technology
  • Strong knowledge in products such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Skype
  • Previous support experience
  • Multilingual
  • Exceptional customer handling skills and the ability recover situations ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast passed ever changing environment

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in using and supporting a broad range of Microsoft products
  • Research and resolve technical issues using resources and initiative
  • Backup and recovery
  • Developing solutions including interfaces, services, utilities or customer requests.
  • Certification on MCITP, MCDST or MCSE is a plus

  • Fluent in German
