Operations Performance Analyst - Manchester - Banking
Based in Manchester an experienced Operations Performance Analyst is required on a contract basis to support the operations leadership teams and delivering detailed analysis of management information within the FS/Banking sector.
You'll be required to produce reports and your insight will be used to help inform decision making and identify/support opportunities for performance improvement etc.
The successful candidate must have the following skill set:
* Strong analytical skills
* Build/maintain relationships
* Communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written
* Good presentation skills in order to provide analytical reports highlighting trends and emerging issues
* Provide Substantial evidence of use of MS Excel and Cognos
* Provide analytical reports highlighting trends and emerging issues
* Have the ability to interpret business area objectives and support delivery
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, and a proven by track record of delivering high quality work while meeting timescales
* Assist in the definition and control of Service Level Agreements
* Be able to pull data from MS Excel/Cognos/BI reports
* Analyse, order and produced reports around performance and compliance
* Assist in the definition and control of Service Level Agreements
* Be able to analyse existing MI and in some instances, create and develop new sources of MI that will add value to the operation.
* Provide support to help business areas achieve their objectives by provision of analytical and trend data to identify emerging trends, potential concerns and future forecasts.
This is a 6 month contract paying up to £100 per day in central Manchester.
