NK089 Finance Analyst with excel Banking Brussels
Background
You will be joining the Financial Division, in the Procurement department. Within this department you will be part of the project team responsible for the Supply Chain Transformation Project.
The Supply Chain Transformation Project has as objective to tackle all issues related to the Supply Chain.
It incorporates:
- increasing efficiency through process review
- implementing a new control framework around the Supply Chain process
- defining and implementing sourcing strategies
- developing communication channels with the business partners
- developing training on the supply chain process and related risks
As part of the Supply Chain Transformation Project team you will be responsible for performing the cleaning of the supplier master data in Ariba and E-business suite according to a specified set of rules. Cleaning meaning: inactivating suppliers, emerging suppliers, updating attributes.
Skills required:
* You have excellent analytical skills,
* You have extensive knowledge of excel (incl. use of macros, VB)
* You deliver qualitative work
* You are able to work under pressure and can cope with strict deadlines, you have a hands-on approach
* You are a proactive team player
* You are fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be an asset
* You have excellent analysis skills (analytical, synthetical and critical mindset)
* You are eager to learn and progress
Additional skills that would be advantageous are:
* Knowledge of ARIBA
* Knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite
