The mission
It is your mission to run a project set out to deliver a CRM solution, preferable based on SAP. This is one of the core deliveries in a larger program to enable market launch of a CRM Pilot during 2017 covering Contact Centre, Knowledge Management, Field Operations for our technicians and Sales and Marketing. Leading this project means representing our client vs their primary supplier SAP, in-house development teams, managing dependencies to other projects/streams in the program and continuously following up on progress and cost.
Work will be in Stockholm, Sweden. Some travels can be necessary. The project start from 15th of September 2016 and the pilot will be ongoing for one year and the program for three years.
One key challenge in this project is to manage the project according to the clients chosen project methodology, contracts with suppliers and agile development methods. Excellent change management and communication will help the project deliver on it's objectives.
Your passion
You love and excel at leading complex, highly visible projects with clear business drivers and strategic importance. You are a strong believer in digitisation and CRM and you curiously discover how this is changing the business models of major corporations. The consumer experience and business value of CRM is a perspective you are very comfortable with and you see how this drives the priorities in a project like this.
Your strengths
You are an experienced project manager, used to drive agile projects (preferable have acting as a scrum master in some projects) and can build and drive a project team to deliver on a business critical project while interacting with and managing senior business stakeholders in a pragmatic way. This requires a relationship building personality and an excellent sense for business and priorities.
You create strong follow-up structures, are good at managing Steering Committee meetings and seek clarity, alignment and clear decisions on how to progress throughout the project. You do not fear transparency and flag any concerns early. You need to be fairly hands-on and in the details while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.
Your (business) English is excellent both verbal and written. Any proficiency in Swedish would be beneficial.
Typical background
You as project manager left trail of successful CRM development, implementation and roll-out projects behind you and come highly recommended. Your previous projects have had several suppliers, internal and external, cooperate to create the end deliverable.
Proven experience of building a strong collaborative project team across multiple locations and interacting with different cultures is a necessity.
Your project manager history shows exposure and experience utilising agile methodologies and DevOps applied in development work and you are well acquainted with how this influences; explore, realise, deploy and close and stakeholder involvement in the process. However, your background in project management is solid and you have most likely been rewarded certification in this profession.

The project is to be run according to clients project model and follow-up mechanisms.
Development teams are to implement agile practices, and it is our goal to set up an agile explore, prepare, realise, deploy and close framework for deliveries from all parties.
