SETTLEMENT ADMINISTRATOR
6 MONTH CONTRACT
MANCHESTER
One of our high profile Banking clients based in Manchester is seeking to recruit a Settlements Administrator.
Responsibilities for the Settlements Administrator:
(Key parts to the job role)
- Facilitate the timely and accurate settlement and subsequent reporting and investigation supporting the confirmation process,
- Maintenance of relevant static data in Back Office systems,
- Resolve any settlement issues by liaising with management and counterparties,
- Managing queries from both internal and external sources in a competent, efficient and timely manner.
- Assist with the on-going review of current working practices and procedures to achieve improvement where possible and any other ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Requirements; (what we are looking for)
- Attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Displays initiative eg offers solutions when problems are identified.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel for problem solving and routine process.
- Willingness to vary working hours as needed to meet team objectives.
