Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced ServiceNow consultant for an exciting project opportunity in Stockholm.

You have the ability to work with both technology and advice to our customers and motivated to share your expertise with customers and colleagues. You can express yourself fluently in English in both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the analysis of business process maps and requirements.
Undertake development of the service management platform along with administration, maintenance and support of existing processes and functionality
Undertake development of new processes according to ITSM best practice and using ServiceNow
Work/liaise closely with ITSM process owners
Integration of data sources, unit testing
Development of metrics and reporting along with delivery of technical documentation such as: policies, training materials and user guides
Key Skills and Experience:
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
Experience of configuration and development of ServiceNow
Previous knowledge of ITIL Framework, web technologies, working with databases and infrastructure systems
Experience in the development of the following ServiceNow modules:
Incident, Problem and Change Management
Configuration (CMDB) Management
Knowledge Management
Request Fulfilment
Service Catalogue
Bug Fixing (ad-hoc)
Experience in all or most of those listed below:
Scripting (glide and JavaScript)
CMDB configuration
Workflow/Approval/Process configuration
Content Management configuration
Web Services configuration
Knowledge of integration with third party solutions such as AD, SCCM, SNOW and/or ITIL Business Analyst experience will be beneficial
Have experience in programming languages like HTML 5, XML, JavaScript, or the like and be happy AngularJS, Bootstrap & Jelly
Relevant degree or equivalent
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ideal
ITIL Foundation Certification
