Urgently need a local business analyst (Netherlands based and Dutch speaking) having strong knowledge on Pension Funds with Netherlands new law.

Job Description:
- A degree in Business Administration/Economics/Econometric/Information Technology or related studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations in financial services/Insurance/ITES.
- Any of these certifications: LEAN/Six Sigma/KAIZEN/PMI/CII (nice to have)
- Specifically worked in Netherlands Pensions.
- Strong background and work experience in insurance and/or financial services sectors.
- Knowledge of fundamentals of operations management, quality tools.
- Strong Analytical ability and Decision making skills.
- Desire to pursue a career in business consulting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (in Dutch and in English).
- Interested and have the ability to work collaboratively with global project teams.
