Description
Job Description: The project manager position reports to the Vice President of Systems Development and is responsible for managing the systems development and maintenance project pipeline to ensure timely delivery of targeted, quality solutions.
Position Responsibilities
- IT project management through complete project life cycle
- Work with subject matter experts for business requirements gathering and analysis
- Develop business requirements and design specifications documents
- Project plan creation
- Developer and tester resource planning and allocation
- Project pipeline analysis and management
- Deployment management
- Management reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, business partners, technical analysts, and developers
- Ability to work independently to satisfy position's responsibilities
- Utilize IBM R TC to implement all phases of project plan in an Agile environment
- Assure change management policy compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT
- 5 years' experience in IT project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, systems design specification development, project
- Plan creation, and system deployment
- Must have a strong understanding of JEE application architecture
- Technical writing and process flow documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
- Strong customer relationship skills a must
- Ability to management multiple projects to established schedules
- Financial experience, reverse mortgage experience
