Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Internal Communications Manager to work for a leading blue chip company on exciting marketing and communications strategies. The successful candidate will have a creative and innovative mind set with the ability to 'think outside the box' and proven experience in driving successful Comms initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
-Being an advocate of M&C, taking key messages back into the broader Internal Comms team and seeking out appropriate opportunities to share across the business
-Consulting and advising on new strategies and initiatives and leading the comms team to success
-Championing a proactive and innovative approach to M&C and delivering thought leadership to support individual team strategies and objectives
-Excellent capacity planning skills
-Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders and internal business teams
-Ownership and successful delivery of comms agenda and ensuring that communication strategies are aligned across the business
-Being the voice of Marketing and Communications and acting as a strong team leader
