WebFOCUS Lead Developer - Essex
Our historic, well renowned British manufacturing client, are looking for an experienced WebFOCUS Lead Developer to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 4 months with the view to extend. The WebFOCUS Lead Developer will be working in WebFOCUS latest versions (7 and 8) and reports to the customer. You would Design/Code/Test/Deliver the WebFOCUS reports. Expected skill proficiency level is Practitioner/Expert.
Requirements:
- Get the technical design from the Solution team
- Review and confirm the technical design with the Solution Team
- Co-ordinate with the offshore team to convert the design into the finalized version of WebFOCUS components
- Estimate the effort and timeline to deliver the scope of work
- Develop, Test and Deliver the WebFOCUS code components
- Establish WebFOCUS Coding Traceability
- Review of the WebFOCUS code components and Test logs with customer SME
- Delivery of the WebFOCUS code components & Test logs
- Reporting any issues/risks/dependencies to customer as soon as they are identified
- Support for Acceptance Testing
- Track Post Shipment Defects to Closure
- Wherever required, making sure of the availability of the Offshore team for the meetings/discussions
