Description
Endeavour Recruitment have an exciting contract for a Senior Business Analyst, based in Luxembourg. The project is focused on the transformation of a business critical application and the successful business analyst will be joining an existing project team and tasked with interacting with senior stakeholders.
Initially through to the end of the year, although highly likely to be extended in early 2017.
Ideally you will have;
- Extensive Modelling (BMPN & UML) & Business Process Documentation experience within the Telco sector
- Modelling tools; Enterprise Architect, Visio & Adonis
- A deep understanding of carriers and Fixed Line Networks
- Excellent knowledge about how carriers operate fixed line networks
- A broad range of Requirements Gathering techniques including; Focus Groups, Interviews & Observation
- Knowledge of SDLC & Agile
- A solid understanding of Process Design (and Process Reengineering)
- Excellent documentation skills including; Use Case Specifications
- Knowledge of Frameworx (eTOM, SID) & ITIL are all advantageous
Spoken and written English is essential, French, German and Luxembourgish are all beneficial.
