Description
Pure Resourcing's contract Division is currently partnering with a leading business based in Norwich who is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join their established team on a contract basis for a period of 12 months with the possibility of an extension beyond this point.As the IT Trainer you must have previous experience of training staff of all levels on Microsoft Office packages and applications on desktop computers as well as mobile devices both face to face and via E-learning, Webex etc.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying areas where IT training is required, whether in a one on one, or group session.
You will be in charge of developing and designing the course that will be used to support and train the staff
You will work with the IT Development and Support teams on Projects planning which training materials/platforms are required and most suitable. Also to determine whether or not full roll out of training is required
Developing eLearning courses from the existing suite and delivering training with a more blended approach
Making sure its content and materials are regularly updated to keep up with the ever moving trends and software.
Carrying out and providing user support on the LMS in the future.
Requirements:
Very competent communicator via phone and email with good numeracy and literacy
Experience within an IT environment, carrying out the whole training cycle
Experience in delivering business process training based on .or similar .. (ERP) solutions
Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Proven ability to master the full training cycle
Adequate knowledge of learning management software
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Sound decision making and organisational skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
