Oracle Technical Support Manager
We are urgently seeking an expert Oracle Technical Support Manager for a long and lucrative contract in Hong Kong with a world leading technology company.
The Oracle Technical Support Manager will have a long and successful track record setting up Oracle Technical Support structures from scratch. Said support structure will help maximize performance, achieve high availability and reduce risk across the complete Oracle stack-from applications, Middleware, and database to server and storage systems.
The Oracle Technical Support Manager will be responsible for defining and documenting the support structure, hiring and training support staff, managing SLA's with the vendor, managing stakeholder relationships and reporting. The Oracle Technical Support structure will provide 24/7 global technical assistance, support resources, product updates and where necessary, development engineers.
