One of our financial clients is looking to on-board an individual who will be the Central Point of Contact regarding any testing requirements for Customer Implementation projects.
This Technical Implementation Specialist will be involved in testing, in sync with project manager who will be coordinating the implementation. This contractor will not be doing any project management - only managing their own tasks and testing only.
The team will be introducing new technologies, so will need to be able to explain skills clearly to customer.
Projects are international, and the contractor would be expected to have many on the go at the same time.
Liaising internationally with high level customers, working to deliver client products.
Candidates must have:

2) Excellent communication/language skills
3) Experience with external, customer facing coordination.
4) Proactive approach/attitude
5) Highly organized
6) Enthusiastic
Flexible in profile, as long as the key ingredients are there. Not looking for people with 10-15 years. experience, can be 2-3 years just some experience with external customer facing coordination experience and an interest in the technical side.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Information Technology system knowledge, with decent understanding of network technology, applications, and project management. Good payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge.
