Broad technical knowledge within IT Infrastructure with deeper knowledge in at least one area: Server, Network, Storage, Database and/or End-User
Excellent presenting skills
Fluent - oral and written Swedish and English
Excellent workshop facilitation skills
Well structured
Experience's
Professional experience in gathering business requirements
Experience from Leading pre-studies and Presenting pre-studies as basis for good decisions
Experience from developing business cases
Agile work experience to handle business requirements
Experience from multicultural organizations
Additional requirements
Academic diploma
ITIL certified at least on foundation level
IREB certified or similar
