Description

My client based in the West Midlands is keen to recruit and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their transformation team focussed on identifying and improving their global procurement office. You will focus on working with Purchasing Professionals on core strategic and operational activities to either remove, automate or shift non-core activities to a shared service centre. Domain knowledge in Purchasing is advantageous, as is organisational and process redesign. You should also have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, have a driven and professional approach to your work, yet be able to adjust your style to maximise buy-in and support from the client.
