Service Manager, Polish Speaking

Whitehall Resources is currently looking for Service Manager to join our client in Krakow, Poland.

Service Manager Skills and activities:

  • Monitoring of KPI/SLA of for 10 applications
  • Escalation point for the client Service Managers
  • Daily contact with Service Managers in order to resolve issues, gather new requirement, any adhoc questions.
  • Resolving conflicts and issues between the functional team and Service Managers
  • Resolving high impact incidents by coordinating the task performed by the Service Coordinators and Functional Team
  • Making sure that Service delivered is with proper quality and following correct process/procedures
  • Coordinating the work done by Service Coordinators
  • Advise/mentor Service Coordinators
  • Providing data analysis for proposals/offer preparation
  • Proactive monitoring of the processes and proposing the improvements
  • Working with the Resource Manager to plan the resources for future demand
