Service Manager, Polish Speaking
Whitehall Resources is currently looking for Service Manager to join our client in Krakow, Poland.
Service Manager Skills and activities:
- Monitoring of KPI/SLA of for 10 applications
- Escalation point for the client Service Managers
- Daily contact with Service Managers in order to resolve issues, gather new requirement, any adhoc questions.
- Resolving conflicts and issues between the functional team and Service Managers
- Resolving high impact incidents by coordinating the task performed by the Service Coordinators and Functional Team
- Making sure that Service delivered is with proper quality and following correct process/procedures
- Coordinating the work done by Service Coordinators
- Advise/mentor Service Coordinators
- Providing data analysis for proposals/offer preparation
- Proactive monitoring of the processes and proposing the improvements
- Working with the Resource Manager to plan the resources for future demand
