Description

An exciting opportunity for an IS Coordinator is available in Brussels, to take part in a 4 years duration European Framework kicking off shortly.

Tasks:

User Documentation

  • Conception and organisation of user documentation for information systems
  • Coordination of wiki and collaborative sites or social networks
  • Coordinate documentation with business stakeholders
  • Guidance regarding the use of information systems
  • Review end user communications and release notes
  • Participation in user, service and project meetings
  • Coordination of training teams
  • Organisation of trainings
  • Conception and management of information systems trainings

Support

  • Coordination of support teams
  • IS Service management
  • Management and follow-up of user requests
  • Contribute to design, improvement and implementation of support processes and methodologies
  • Coordination with the analysis, development, testing and project teams
  • Follow-up of service quality
  • Management of incidents related to information systems
  • Organisation of reporting, follow-up and report on KPI

Test

  • Coordination of testing teams
  • Testing project capacity planning
  • Risk assessment
  • Test plan validation and follow-up
  • Coordination with the analysis, development, testing and project teams
  • Organise coordination meetings within team and with other teams
  • Review of test cases, test scripts and scenarios
  • Assuring compliance within the test team with the test processes and methodologies
  • Reporting on design and execution progress and test results; presentation and publication of test results
  • Contribute to design, improvement and implementation of test processes and methodologies
  • Design regression test strategies
  • Maintenance of test script repositories
  • Coaching

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

Education and experience:

  • University studies of at least three years attested by a diploma in a relevant subject or completed secondary education (and additional experience)
  • Minimum 4 years professional experience (in the case of university degree)
  • Minimum 8 years professional experience (in the case of secondary education)
  • Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment and team work, rapid self-starting capability
  • Experience with IS Quality and Audit
  • Maven, MS Office, MS Project,UML
  • Software Maturity Models is a must
